Our Homemaker/Personal Care Program provides services to individuals to be able to remain independent in their own home. Individuals must be Woodbury County residents and must meet financial criteria and follow a sliding fee scale.

Services include:

• Bathing/Personal Care
• Basic Light Housekeeping/Laundry
• Groceries/Errands “No transport available”
• Case Management with community resources

Services are provided by Direct Care Workers under the direction of a program case manager. Services provided are based on client need and program admission criteria. Referrals are accepted from physicians, hospitals, families directly, social service agencies, and home health providers.
