All clinics held at SDHD, 1014 Nebraska St.

 There is a $10.00 administration fee per child for all non-Iowa Medicaid children receiving vaccinations through our immunization clinics.  We accept cash or check only for payment at this time. In addition, we are unable to accept children with Hawk-I coverage.  These children should be taken to their physician for immunizations.

HIV/AIDS PDF Print E-mail

Siouxland District Health Department does HIV testing and counseling at the laboratory on a walk-in basis Monday thru Friday from 8:00-4:30.

There is no charge for this service for people in certain risk categories.  For people seeking testing who do not fall in high-risk groups, rapid testing is available for $15.

Rapid testing (involves a fingerstick with results in 15 minutes) and conventional testing (traditional blood draw or oral swab with results in approximately 7 days) are available.

Testing is confidential, but not anonymous.
