Nursing Clinic Services

• TB testing*, TB education, referral and medication monitoring.
• Children's immunizations - birth to age 18:

• Adult Immunizations - flu, tetanus, pneumonia, etc.*

Healthy Opportunities for Parents to

Experience Success Program

Eligible individuals/families that are pregnant or have an infant under age 3 at time of enrollment.

• Home Visits by a nurse
• Information, education, and support
• No charge to participants

Home Health Program

Medicare/Medicaid certified home health program.

• Skilled Nursing
• Home Health Aide
• Homemaker

Laboratory Services

• Water Analysis - public, private, swimming pools (fees vary)
• Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) examination, treatment, education
• HIV testing, and counseling
• Drug of Abuse Testing
• Paternity Test Collection
• Blood Lead Testing

Oral Health Program

• Education, screening, and fluoride varnish for children through age 5
• Referral to a dentist
• Mobile screenings

Resource Center

Strengthen, support, and empower families with children though age 5.

• Information and referral assistance
• Earn essential baby and child items
• Group and home visiting available

• Prevention education for school age youth

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program

WIC is a public health nutrition program serving pregnant and postpartum women, and chidren under the age of 5.
