All clinics held at SDHD, 1014 Nebraska St.

 There is a $10.00 administration fee per child for all non-Iowa Medicaid children receiving vaccinations through our immunization clinics.  We accept cash or check only for payment at this time. In addition, we are unable to accept children with Hawk-I coverage.  These children should be taken to their physician for immunizations.

WIC foods for fully breastfeeding mothers PDF Print E-mail

Supplemental foods for partially BF mother and baby: Breastfeeding mother receives more supplemental foods compared to non breastfeeding mother. 

Supplemental foods for fully BF mother and baby: Fully breastfeeding mother and infant receive more supplemental foods than partially breastfeeding and not breastfeeding mothers and will continue to receive benefits until the age of one.
